Step 1
Add rice, potato and chicken chunks to the pot of boiling chicken stock. Lower heat to medium and cook until rice, potatoes and chicken are cooked. Spinach or kale can also be added to the soup at this point. After chicken, potatoes and chicken are cooked take the pot off the heat. Then, add miso into the soup by first mixing miso with stock in a separate bowl. Stir miso mixture into the soup. Then let the soup rest 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!
