I think people focus so much on all the crazy spicy soups we have we always forget about this one ๐Bc birthday or not this is like the most popular soup to give to young kinds. The soft seaweed & rich beef broth taste DRILLED into my brain ๐ฅต
๐ถ๐ปBut I love how this soup tries to center our birthdays around giving thanks to our parents/mothers for doing the most to get us to this world.๐
โฃ
๐ฉโ๐งAlso, that tip I mentioned in the video is THE best tip Iโve ever received for this soup๐ฅฉ- bc who wants tough gummy beef in soup? And itโs the best way to draw out that beef flavor & mingle it with the sesame seed oil. Thanks mom leetz
