Step 1
Okay melt your butter then add your garlic powder an steak sauce then mix together really good you should be left with a some what thick paste then brush it onto the steaks and all over you want a good coating
Step 2
Okay now grab a cast iron skillet add your wood chips to the center then add 1/4 cup water then add a piece of aluminum foil to the center then add your steaks on top of it set the heat to low add a dom over top of the skillet “ I used a baking pan “ then let cook 30 minutes on low once you see it’s starting to cook flip an keep cooking while flipping every 30 minutes until desired temperature this is a slow process but the results are incredible an id recommend cracking a window or turn a fan on as we’re basically smoking these steaks without a smoker

The scrambled eggs are easy mix the ingredients then add to a pan an scramble
