1 cupwhole wheat flour

¼ cupnatural peanut butter

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda.

In a separate bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, peanut butter, applesauce, and pumpkin puree until well combined. Then, add the egg and mix until fully incorporated.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.

Grease an 8-inch round pan (or a square pan) with oil, then pour the cake batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean and the cake springs back when lightly pressed.

Allow the cake to cool on a wire rack before removing it from the pan.

Once the cake has cooled, prepare the frosting. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.

Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cake.
