Instructions

Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp butter or olive oil in a large pan. Add gnocchi and pan-fry for 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
Add another tbsp of butter/oil and sauté mushrooms until browned
Step 3
Add garlic and chili flakes, cooking for another minute
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey/maple syrup, and vinegar
Step 5
Add the sauce to the pan with the mushrooms, then stir in the spinach. Let everything cook for 1 minute
Step 6
Return crispy gnocchi to the pan, toss well, and drizzle with a little sesame oil before serving.
Step 7
Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions for extra flavor.
