Step 1
marinate with yogurt and spices for 1-3 hours
Step 2
heat up oil in a skillet, brown the chicken from both sides, then remove from the skillet

cut the chicken into smaller pieces

melt butter in the same skillet, add chopped onion and sautè until soft
Step 5
add garlic and dry spices and saute for 1 more minute
Step 6
add tomatoes on top and cook until the color darkens
Step 7
pour everything into a blender and blend until smooth(add water if too thick)
Step 8
pour the gravy back into the skillet and add the coconut milk
Step 9
add back the chicken and cook until chicken is cooked through
Step 10
serve with rice or flatbread
