Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the first three ingredients.
Step 2
Add water all at once and mix for a minute then cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add salt, oil, honey or sugar, and lemon juice and beat for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the rest of the flour 1 cup at a time, mixing in between each one.
Step 5
It will be a very soft dough.
Step 6
Heat the oven for 1 minute to lukewarm and turn off.
Step 7
Put the bread in oiled bread pans.
Step 8
Let rise in the oven for 10-15 minutes and then turn on oven to 350F and bake for 30 minutes. Without taking the bread out of the oven.
Step 9
Wait for it to cool and then cut and enjoy.
