Instructions

Make 2 pieces of tamagoyaki, thin enough to roll. Set aside
Step 2
Add shrimp in a pan and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare rice paper
Step 4
Layer lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper and tamagoyaki on the rice paper. Add shrimp and roll up tightly.
