Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° - Cook pasta : cook til al dente, drain, and set aside
Step 2
At the same time, season chicken with cajun seasoning (+ others if you prefer) then saute in the olive oil over medium heat until fully cooked, and remove from pan
Step 3
Make sauce : in the same pan, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, broth, garlic powder, paprika, & parmesan. Simmer until smooth
Step 4
Add can of rotel & season with salt and pepper
Step 5
Add back in the chicken and noodles, stir to combine. Stir in half the mozzarella
Step 6
Transfer to a greased 9x13 dish and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake at 375 for 16-20 mins or until bubbly and golden. Garnish as desired
