Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat your oven to 355*F and line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners and set aside
Step 2
In a food chopper pulse the oats until it becomes a flour
Step 3
Then add all the remaining ingredients e to the food chopper and pulse until combined and well mixed
Step 4
Then stir in the blueberries
Step 5
Then add about a 1/4 cup of the batter into the muffin tin liners until all the batter is used up
Step 6
Then Cook in the oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Step 7
Then let them cool in the muffin tin for about 10 minutes before enjoying
Step 8
These last for 3 days on the counter and can be frozen for up to 3 months
