Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken in pieces and start cooking it at medium-high temperature in a pot
Step 2
Add in diced onions, garlic and slicrd mushrooms and mix regularly until the chicken is brown on the surface
Step 3
Stir in miso paste and soy sauce.
Step 4
Pour in 500ml of chicken broth or water+stock and coconut milk, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
Step 5
Serve the ramen in bowls, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
