Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat your oven to 425*F and line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside
Step 2
Then in a bowl add the butternut squash, gnocchi, vegetable broth, garlic powder and sage and mix until well combined
Step 3
Then spread the mixture out on the baking sheet in a single layer
Step 4
Then bake it in the oven for 15 minutes and then take it out and flip it and top it with the cheese and then bake it for another 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the gnocchi starts to brown
Step 5
Then let it cool off a little bit and enjoy with a salad enjoy 😋
