Thinly slice

2 table spoonssoya sauce

1 table spoonbaking soda

1 table spoonoyster sauce

1 tspsugar

1 tspoil

2 table spoonscorn starch

1White onion

4Green onion

Instructions
Step 1
in a bowl add your thinly sliced steak, add soya sauce, baking soda, oyster sauce, sugar and oil. Mix well. Depending how much steak you used, add corn starch. Mix throughly set aside.
Step 2
Thinly slice white onion, chop up green onions. Set aside for now.
Step 3
Heat up oil in pan, add your meat mixture, fry for a few minutes then remove from heat. Cook how you like it, rare, medium rare, fully cooked etc. ( it will be going back in the pan after)
Step 4
Cook favorite noodles in a seperate pot according to the cooking directions. optional, drain and rinse in cold water, it will stop the cooking process.
Step 5
In the same pan add bit more oil, add bean sprouts, white onions, oyster sauce, soya sauce, pepper, sugar and cooked noodles. Mix well. Add steak back in. Add sesame oil, mix till everything is combined. Top with green onions.
