Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle pork chops with pepper. In a small bowl, combine Apple juice, apricot preserves, Brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Step 2
Pour olive oil into a nonstick skillet and heat over medium. Cook pork chops, turning once, until browned, about 10 minutes. Remove the chops from the skillet and place on a paper towel lined plate.

Step 3
Add apricot mixture to the skillet. Cook stirring, until mixture begins to boil, about 2 minutes. Add the pork chops back into the skillet, cover and cook until the pork chops are cooked through, about 10 minutes. Place pork chops on a serving platter.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine water and cornstarch. Mix well. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the skillet, cook stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Spoon sauce over pork chops and serve.
