Instructions

Step 1
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauteing until the onion is translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

Sprinkle flour over beef mixture and stir to combine.

Gradually add the beef broth, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens (about 2-3 minutes).

Stir in the sour cream and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
