0.75Lemon
Juiced
2 TspOlive Oil
for cooking
100gLow Fat Yogurt
20gSriracha
or any hot sauce you prefer

Parsley

0.5lemon juiced

Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken into thin strips and marinate for 15-30mins for better flavour.
Step 2
Cook the chicken on medium heat for 3-4 muns each side. You want a golden brown sear.
Step 3
Don't overcrowd the pan, this will prevent liquid releasing from the chicken.
Step 4
You can make the sauce in batches to store in the fridge.
