Instructions
Step 1
Mix the spices together to make a dry rub for the chicken and rub it on the breasts. Slice the breasts sideways to flip them open. Do not cut totally through. Set aside
Step 2
Chop the pre cooked broccoli into small pieces and mix with the cottage cheese, parsley, basil, garlic and a little bit of salt and pepper.
Step 3
Stuff the chicken breasts with the filling. Use a skewer to keep the flaps together. Put in an airfryer at 180 celsius for 18 minutes until cooked
Step 4
Either cook the potatoes in the airfryer along with the chicken or cook them in the oven at 200 Celsius for 25 minutes. Spray with a bit of olive oil and some salt and pepper
Step 5
Serve with extra broccoli or a fresh salad
