Ingredients
4 servings

Water
to boil

Salt
for noodles, optional

1 Β½ cupsnoodles
your choice, I used rice noodles

1 tspsesame oil
or avocado or olive oil

1 Tbspchopped garlic

1 Tbspchopped ginger

1 lbground beef
I used ground turkey

1 tsppepper

cupsoy sauce
I used coconut aminos

ΒΌ cupbroth
or water

1 tspcorn starch

ΒΌ cupwater

2 Tbspsweetener
I left this out

Green onions
sesame seeds or chili flakes, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Boil water with pinch of salt Add noodles
Cook per instructions or to personal preference.
Drain and set aside. In a frying pan add the oil to a warm skillet. Add the garlic.
Add the ginger.
Cook until toasted.
Add the beef and season with the pepper.
Cook until brown. Add in soy sauce.
Add in any broth or water.
Add in mixture of cornstarch and water.
Add in sweetener.
Mix until thickened. Add the noodles to the pan.
Mix well.
Add green onions, sesame seeds, chili flakes if desired at this time. Serve and enjoy!!
