Instructions
Step 1
Boil noodles until soft, strain, then set aside
Step 2
In a large saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook sausage until lightly browned. Remove from pan.
Step 3
Add remaining olive oil, butter and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add cabbage and garlic. Cook covered until tender (10-15 minutes). Remove cabbage from pan and set aside.
Step 5
Add additional butter to pan and place strained noodles. Continue to gently flip until noodles are firm. (10-15 minutes.)
Step 6
Add all ingredients in large pot and continue to heat on low until ready to serve.
