Ingredients

1 lb96% lean ground beef
¼ teaspooncumin
¼ teaspoongarlic powder
¼ teaspoononion powder
¼ teaspoonsalt
⅛ teaspoonblack pepper
1 headiceberg lettuce
chopped
1 cupgrape tomatoes
or cherry, cut in half
1sweet onion
small, chopped
½ cupcheddar cheese shredded
50nacho cheese Doritos
¾ cuptaco sauce
¼ cupfat-free plain greek yogurt
Instructions
Step 1
Add the ground beef to a pan and season with the cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Once the ground beef is cooked through drain any grease and set aside to cool.
Step 3
Add the lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cheese to a large mixing bowl.
Step 4
Place the Doritos in a large zip-up bag. Use a meat mallet, rolling pin, or frying pan to break the Doritos into smaller pieces. Add the Doritos to the mixing bowl.
Step 5
In a small bowl add the taco sauce and yogurt. Whisk together until combined.
Step 6
Add the cooked ground beef to the salad and top with the dressing. Mix together until the dressing is well combined.
