Instructions
Step 1
Dice veg to prefered size and sautè them in a pan with Garlic and herbs.
Step 2
Bring stock to a light simmer, once veg has began to soften, place into stock.
Step 3
Place preffered herbs in stock and allow to simmer until veg has cooked through. Ideally keep covered if possible.
Step 4
Once veg has cooked, place noodles into soup and continue to simmer until soft.
Step 5
Adjust herbs and salt to taste. Optional to stir heavy cream at this stage if you want creamy chicken soup. Serve.
