Instructions
Step 1
Cut 300g beef into chunks.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot and brown the beef. Add 1 diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves.
Step 3
Stir in 1 tbsp paprika, 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes, and 500ml beef broth. Simmer for 90 minutes.
For whole wheat dumplings
Step 4
Mix 100g whole wheat flour, 1 egg, salt, and 50ml water. Form dumplings and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Serve goulash with dumplings
Step 6
Add assorted vegetables (optional)
