Ingredients

1 headRomaine lettuce
finely chopped
⅓ cupBanana peppers
chopped
0.25 lbSalami
chopped
0.25 lbPepperoni
chopped
0.25 lbTurkey
chopped
0.25 lbProvolone cheese
chopped
¼ cupParmesan cheese
grated
½ cupMayonnaise
2 tablespoonsRed wine vinegar
1 teaspoonGarlic powder
1 teaspoonDried oregano
½ teaspoonSalt
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Add lettuce, banana peppers, meats, and cheeses to large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper until smooth.
Step 3
Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss thoroughly to combine. Serve immediately.
