Instructions
Step 1
Toast nuts at 350 for 6-8 minutes
Step 2
Mix Brown sugar, vanilla, butter, salt, cinnamon.
Step 3
Whisk in egg then add xanthan gum, baking soda, and oat flour. Whisk vigorously for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add nuts, cherries, chocolate, oats. Fold together. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes.
