Instructions

Step 1
Boil pasta, corn & green peas with half of total salt (not half Tbsp) for 10 minutes at medium high flame and strain.
Step 2
Make puree of ginger garlic, tomato & capsicum.
Step 3
Add butter & oil to pan at medium flame.
Step 4
Add puree & salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add water, chilli flakes, oregano, red chilli powder, cheese & fresh cream. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Once cooked, add pasta & coriander, keep stove on. Cook for 2 minutes.
