Step 1
I mix the discard and water and them I add the melted crisco and last the flour with salt and knead for about 4 to 5 minutes, I let it rest for 10 minutes and they are ready to start rolling them, sprinkle a little flour so they don't stick to your counter top when rolling them, cook for about 30 seconds on each side on medium, i tripled the recipe and that's the reason I got 30 but if you make them small you should be able to get 14 to 16
Step 2
I let them cool in the microwave them store them in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator, reheat them on a skillet and they're soft and good as when I first made them
