120gsmoked pancetta lardons
8banana shallots
1garlic bulb
600gCharlotte potatoes
3 sprigsRosemary
2bay leaves
2poussin
Salt
100gsundried tomatoes in oil
140gmarinated green & kalamata olives in oil
2chicken leg & thighs

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil fry pancetta until golden. Put to one side. Fry shallots, garlic halves cut side down until golden . Season poussin fry till brown all over Add potatoes olives sundried tomatoes Rosemary bay leaves to slow cooker, season & stir
Place poussin on top of veg.
Cook 5-6hrs on low or until veg is tender. Serve with green salad
