Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Sautee veggies until onions are translucent
Step 3
Mix all ingredients together . Refrigerate for 20 minutes to make firmer.
Step 4
Shape patties. Add small amount of oil to frying pan and sear patties on both sides. Finish in oven for 25-35 minutes depending on thickness.
