Instructions

For the salmon burger

Step 1
Using a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the oil to the pan and allow it to get hot
Step 2
Once hot add the salmon pieces skin down. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes each side. ( we’re just cooking it until cooked enough to be flaked apart)
Step 3
Removed the skin and set aside for later. Add the salmon to a clean bowl. Using a fork flake it apart.
Step 4
Add all the listed ingredients below and mix. Refrigerate the mixture for 20-30 minutes that’s going to help it stiffing up. You can also add a little flour to help with that process
Step 5
Shape your salmon burger patties. Not too thick & not too thin.
Step 6
Using that same skillet earlier but this time on medium heat. Add a little more if needed. Cook the salmon patties on both sides for 3 1//2-4 minutes each side.
Step 7
If you’re using the skin you can cook the skin besides the patties to help it get crispy.

Step 8
Add butter and baste for approximately 1 min. Before removing the burgers and the skin to toast your brioche buns
Step 9
