500grump steak
chopped finely
1 Tbspvegetable oil
2 Tbspred curry paste
1 Tbspbasil leaves
2garlic cloves
250ggreen beans
5cm pieces
broccoli
2red chilli
2 tspsugar
1 tspfish sauce
Marinade
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the steak and mix it with the marinade in a large bowl and set aside
Step 2
Heat wok, add oil and then add steak. Cook for 3 mins undisturbed
Step 3
Toss and cook for a further minute to brown the other side. Then remove from wok
Step 4
Add the curry paste and basil leaves to wok until paste is fragrant
Step 5
Add garlic, beans, broccoli and chilli to the wok and cook until beans are softened
Step 6
Return meat to wok, add sugar and fish oil and cook for a minute or so until everything looks cooked and ready to serve
Step 7
Serve with rice
