Instructions
Step 1
Chop the garlic and onion and cook them in olive oil. 3mins medium heat.


Step 2
Add the beef ,mash it into small pieces and cook until browned on all sides.

Step 3
Add the spices, tomato paste, milk, beef broth and stir until fully incorporated.






Step 4
Wait for it to simmer and then add the pasta.

Step 5
Put the lid on for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the pasta you choose) and stir occasionally.
Step 6
Add the cheddar and stir off the heat.

Step 7
You're good to go ! Enjoy with friends and family. You can add parsley for topping if you want. Bon appétit !
