Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil at medium then add onions, garlic, ginger and squash. Saute until onions are soft.
Step 2
Add Curry, cumin and turmeric, saute for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add water, coconut milk, chickpeas, lentils and bouillon. Bring to low boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Add cauliflower, cook for another 10 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and adjust salt and pepper to taste
