Persian, or Himalayan Pink Salt

1banana
ripe, medium-sized
1 tsphoney sweetener
natural

6almonds
soaked overnight

¼ tspcinnamon powder
optional but recommended

1 cupmilk
warm, not boiling

½ tspashwagandha powder
optional for stamina boost
Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 cup of milk until warm but not boiling.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the banana, soaked almonds, cinnamon, and Persian blue salt.
Step 3
Add honey and blend again until smooth.
Step 4
For an additional stamina boost, add 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder before blending.
Step 5
Pour the blended mixture into a glass and consume it 30 minutes before bedtime for the best results.
