3green peppers
1can diced tomatos with Italian herbs
1 lb93 % lean ground turkey
0.5 jarMarinara
Tuscany
1vidalia onion
fresh thyme
garlic powder
4 0zshredded Muenster cheese
salt
pepper
Italian seansoning
1 x 8.8 ozprecooked wild rice

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Step 2
Add turkey to pan with chopped onion, add salt, pepper, garlic and Italian seasonings to taste. Cook until meat is done and onions translucent.
Step 3
Add diced tomatos, rice, marinara sauce and fresh thyme.
Step 4
Cook until some of the moisture has evaporated.
Step 5
Place 1/2 peppers in a pan and add meat mixture into the 1/2 peppers until full.
Step 6
Bake for 40 min and after 40 min add shredded cheese on top and place back in oven for 10 minutes.
