Instructions

Step 1
Combine ingredients in a sealed container, ideally glass, but a water bottle will work. You might need a funnel for the chia seeds if the opening is narrow. Shake well, every minute for 5 minutes to prevent clumping. Let the chia soak for at least 10 minutes, and enjoy. The seeds will separate, so give it a little shake before the next sip!
