🔥 Directions: 1. Marinate & Cook the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, and spices. Coat chicken well. Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice. 2. Make the Dressing: Blend or whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. Zesty Southwest Ranch (Smoky & Tangy): ½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream) ¼ cup mayo (for richness) 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp milk or water (to thin if needed) 1 tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp chili powder ½ tsp cumin ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp honey or agave (for balance) Salt & pepper to taste Optional: A dash of hot sauce for extra heat 3.
