Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180° C.
Step 2
Lay a parchment paper on a baking pan.
Step 3
Mix directly on the pan the oats, nuts and chia seeds with a pinch of salt.
Step 4
In a small bowl mix the peanut butter with some hot water until it's extra runny
Step 5
Spread the peanut butter on the oats and nuts and mix using a spatula or your hands. Press the mixture so it sticks together.
Step 6
Place the pan in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden-brown, flipping the granola after the first 15 minutes.
Step 7
While the oats are baking, chop the chocolate in small chunks using a sharp knife or a food processor.
Step 8
Remove the pan from the oven and mix the chocolate to the granola immediately. Stir well so that the melting chocolate spreads evenly. At the same time, break the mixture in clusters.
Step 9
Let it cool until the chocolate is not melted anymore and store in or out of fridge for 7-10 days.
