Step 1
chop up the broccoli and carrots, finely chop the garlic



Step 2
Cook the rice in 600mL water

Step 3
Cut chicken breasts in half and fry 4-5 mins in pan. Reduce heat and add 400mL water and chicken stock for 8-10 min.
Step 4
Fry vegetables in pan for 5-6 min. Then add 300mL water. Add half the sweet chili sauce
Step 5
Pull the chicken fibres apart. Add hoisin sauce, rest of the sweet chili sauce, honey and corn starch.
Step 6
Serve in bowl with the rice as a base, then vegetables and chicken on top.
