Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Wash the asparagus. Snap ends off the asparagus.
Step 3
For the coating add ground hemp seeds to a flat plate and mix in the nutritional yeast, garlic, pepper, paprika, seasoning of choice. and pork rind crumbs. Stir and set aside.
Step 4
Dip each spear into egg. Roll in coating mixture
Step 5
Arrange the asparagus spears side by side in a baking dish with parchment paper and sprinkle with additional coating mixture.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until asparagus are crispy.
Step 7
Sprinkle with some lemon juice and serve.
Step 8
Alternately. Create a lemon sauce and serve with spears.
