Sweet Oyster Beef Noodles with Veggies & Sesame Seeds

Instructions
Step 1

Get Prepped
- Drain and rinse konjac noodles.
- Meanwhile, thinly slice carrot into half-moons. Finely chop garlic.
Step 2

Cook Beef
- In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat.
- When oil is hot, cook beef strips, in batches, until browned and cooked through, 1-2 mins.
- Transfer to a bowl, season and set aside.
Step 3

Stir-Fry Veggies & Noodles
- Return frying pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cook carrot, until tender, 4-5 mins.
- Reduce heat to medium. Return all beef to pan. Add garlic and sweet Asian spice blend and cook until fragrant, 1 min.
- Add oyster sauce, sweet chilli sauce, the brown sugar, water, baby spinach leaves and noodles, tossing until combined, 1 min. Season to taste.

And Serve
- Divide sweet oyster beef noodles between bowls.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
