Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients and mix well until combined
Step 2
Then add the water and mix well until combined
Step 3
Then add in the chopped veggies and mix well until combined just be careful not to over mix
Step 4
Then pour about a 1/4 cup of the batter into the muffin tin until all the batter is used up
Step 5
Then bake it in the air fryer at 315*F for 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean let them cool for 15 minutes and enjoy
