2 large ripe banana
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mash up the bananas and set to the side.
Step 2
Brown your butter in a pot and add that
to the bananas, stir.
Step 3
Next add in the brown
and white sugar and mix until combined.
Step 4
Add in your heavy cream and vanilla extra and stir until somewhat smooth (there will be lumps from the bananas).
Step 5
Pour in the dry ingredients and then fold in until halfway combined, add in chocolate chips, continue to fold those in.
Step 6
Let the dough sit in the fridge for
about 1-2 hours. Form cookies and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
