minced

2 Tbspold bay seasoning

1lemon

salt
to taste

pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Pre cook rice
Step 2
Cook chicken in oil until golden brown
Step 3
Cook sausage
Step 4
Add minced garlic and tomato paste until aromatic
Step 5
Add tomato sauce and mix
Step 6
Add the rice and season with salt and pepper, old bay, and paprika
Step 7
Squeeze lemon over
