Instructions

Step 1
Cut the greenbeans into bite sized pieces. Add them to a pan of boiling water with the gnocchi and cook for just 3 minutes. Drain in a colander and set aside. Mix up the peppercorn according to instructions, using boiling water in stead of milk. Stir in 40g of the cheese. Heat 2 tsp of oil I'm a large frying pan and add the gnocchi and beans over medium high heat, frying for 2 minutes. Pour in the peppercorn sauce and bubble for 2 minutes, stirring to combine. Serve in bowls with the remaining cheese and salt and pepper.
