Step 1
1. PLACE the walnuts in a small nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat, shaking the pan often, until lightly toasted, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer the nuts to a cutting board and let cool 5 minutes, then coarsely chop.
2. COMBINE 8 of the blueberries, 6 of the raspberries, the peach slices, and yogurt in a medium bowl and gently fold together. Place half of the mixture in a parfait glass. Top with half of the walnuts and 1/ teaspoons of the honey. Top with the remaining yogurt-fruit mixture. Top with the remaining walnuts, 4 blueberries, 3 raspberries, and 1/2 teaspoons honey.
