Step 1
Whisk dry ingredients together until blended

Mash bananas, slowly adding milk to whip into a smooth mixture. Gently mix in eggs to create a smooth batter

Combine dry and wet ingredients

Wash the strawberries! Finely chop, then gently fold into batter

Preheat oven, grease the muffin pans with butter

Evenly divide the batter, about >1/4 cup

Bake pancake bites for 12-18 minutes, until golden brown around edges

Let pancake bites cool, store and/or enjoy
