Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) - circulating air.
Step 2
Add together the oatmeal, nuts, berries and sliced banana in a baking dish and mix well. Keep some of the fruits for the topping.
Step 3
In a separate bowl whisk together milk, eggs and preferred spices (e.g. cinnamon and vanilla). Then pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Step 4
Add the rest of the berries on top along with the banana slices. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
