4Yukon gold potatoes
ends trimmed, sliced 1/4 inch thick

½ cupheavy cream

Kosher salt
as desired

Ground black pepper
as desired

4 Tbspunsalted butter
cut into small cubes

2 Tbspwhole milk

1 poundground beef

1 poundground pork

1yellow onion
or white, peeled, finely diced

2eggs
large, lightly beaten

1 cuppanko bread crumbs

½ cupwhole milk

2 tspworcestershire sauce

Kosher salt
as desired

Ground black pepper
as desired

Instructions
Step 1
Evenly spray COMBI COOKER pan and BAKE TRAY with cooking spray
Step 2
In a large bowl, add potatoes, whole milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper and mix until the potatoes are evenly covered. Then transfer to COMBI COOKER pan and cover with any remaining cream sauce. Place cubes of butter evenly over potatoes. Slide tray into level 1.

Step 3
Place all level 2 ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup ketchup, in a large bowl and mix until evenly combined. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape into short rectangular loaves on the Bake Tray. Slide into level 2.

Step 4
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEALS, set temperature to 350°F, and time to 20 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
Step 5
When 10 minutes remain on the timer, brush the meatloaves with the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup. Close door and continue cooking.
