Had a goofy dream last night about turning my toddler's fruit smoothie into pancakes, so that's what I did! This super easy, vitamin C packed breakfast is sure to leave your toddler wanting more!

Once well blended, transfer to a bowl and mix in flour and baking powder until you have a thick batter
