Instructions

Step 1
Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, a little lemon zest, juice from 1/2 a lemon (some) grated Parmesan cheese. Sauté at least 1 minute, stirring.

Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
